Hotel Dekat Noches del Botánico 2019

"Clean room, great area"

"Well-equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid. Location was excellent, we were able to cook and do laundry and property is kept exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Madrid."

"Great staff and clean rooms"

"The room was nice, but it was so dark. Would be nice to have a couple of extra lights so I could actually see."

"Habitación limpia y con todas la comodidad para estar 2 personas, además en nuestro caso teníamos baño privado lo cual favoreció nuestra estancia. Nos han dejado productos de bienvenida y la zona común de la cocina estaba recogida y en orden! Lo recomendaría 😊"

"Great location, great staff, very clean rooms. My only complain is that I was supposed to get a room with Double bed and got a room with 2 twin beds."

"La ubicación y cercanía con el Santiago Bernabéu."

"Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Shops and touristic points nearby and walkable."

"Excellent"

"No enough hot water for us. Terrible. The 24hr number given is rubbish, no one answered when we called"

"Air conditioning was good"

"Loved the location as in a quiet neighborhood but with so many options of places to eat near by and metro was walking distance"

"Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad."
