"The staff here were incredibly helpful. I made a mistake with our reservation, but they quickly found a solution for my family so we didn't have to look for another place to stay. Our family absolutely loved the public bath and the indoor hot spring. As a nice bonus, they offer complimentary ice cream right outside the public bath area. The breakfast was also excellent, especially if you enjoy a traditional Japanese morning meal. On top of that, they serve free ramen from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If you happen to miss the ramen window, you can just ask the front desk and they will give you a free cup of noodles instead. Overall, this hotel is fantastic. It connects directly to a FamilyMart at the entrance and is within easy walking distance of Dotonbori. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!"
