"I booked this hotel a few minutes before I checked in to the hotel due to complications at another hotel.. When I got to the hotel I was so tired and just wanted to rest. The staff at the Front desk was wonderful and welcoming.They checked me in very fast and even upgraded my room and then helped me with my luggage..They were so kind and I was overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness..I slept wonderfully in the clean, comfortable bed, and even was able to enjoy the view of the harbor from my balcony as the room had a harbor view..The next morning I had a very nice breakfast and again the front desk was so helpful and kind..They printed my ferry ticket for me and put it in a plastic cover. And when I checked out they held my luggage for me until the afternoon when my ferry left. I could have used the pool for the day if weather permitted but it was a little rainy that day..I did have drinks at their bar over looking the Marina and again the staff there was so kind and understood my terrible Italian . When I return I will stay there again and they do have another hotel down the street with thermal waters and beautiful pools..If the staff at that hotel is anything like the staff here I would like to stay there as well..I felt safe and comfortable and appreciated for my business..I have to say that staying in this place that just happened by chance was absolutely my best stay in all of Italy.. Everyone was professional and more importantly kind and patient..Thank You for a great rest."

"Your picture of the property is very misleading. There is no beach it’s been eroded over the years. The sea is very rough. Impossible to swim in it there is over a 1 mile walk from dry land where the bus stops. The walk is treacherous with lots of rocks and rough sea that reaches your knees I have never experienced such a terrifying example of a route to a hotel in my life Your picture is misleading there is no beach and I have pictures ti prove it. For two week there were thunder storms a raging sea pounding at the walls each night. A nearby property collapsed into the sea a few years ago and the family died. I felt very scared to stay in the hotel and could not wait to leave. It’s a 1970 decor hotel. It was a horrendous experience. Manager sweeps dirt from each day into the sea.cleaner also . "

"It’s right on the beach.. the pool is amazing size, the beach is the best beach on all of Ischia and a lot of restaurants on the beach for lunch and Dinner. The staff are the best!! 10 out of 10"

"Everything was good. Only negative taxis cannot go directly up to hotel. Taxi Driver will call you a electric car to pick you up and bring you directly up to hotel"
