"豊橋駅直結 で、本来は電車利用の方にとって 便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で 伺いました。 改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが 初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。 お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)では ありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が 聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になく フロントから自ら持っていく必要があります 入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのが メリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は 享受できませんでした。50mほど歩きまして、 雨風強い日でしたので少し残念でした。 △駐車場からチェックインに向かう時、看板がなく 階段を登るのか、一切わかりませんでした。 駅同様2階に行ってみて、入り口はありましたが 結局ロビーは1階、重い荷物を持って傘もさして いましたので残念でした。"
