Facilities are clean and staff very helpful. Onsite restaurant is ok and serve breakfast (included) /lunch/dinner, has basic bar. Storage locker and garage under bunk are very spacious.

The staff is amazing! I was 1st here in 2017. Things have changed but the staff is extremely nice and friendly. Especially Shiina at the front desk. She deserves a raise. This trip I stayed for 2 months. The shuttle situation sucks but everything else is great. I’ll surely be back at the 834 next yr and every yr after. AloHa

The place always looks brand new, so clean and efficient. The layout has everything you need as close as you can get to the moiwa quad lift. I have stayed there many times. This time they did not have a shuttle service that was a disappointment but the taxis were available Two great onsens ten minutes walk. Love those!!

Stay here . I visited in peak summer season. A walk to two onsen hotels for a luxury onsen experience and even a hot good meal without the high price of staying at them. It’s a lovely walk even at night . No bears , just foxes . Not bats either ….,,just too cold for those critters at 800m altitude and the long winter .

Well kept up. Extremely cordial staff. Were super helpful in any way and all spoke English well. Was fun for gourds and singles. Capsule was fun and easy.

First time in a capsule lodge. We got the cabin type. Though small, it's very comfortable. Best part is its just in front of ski resort! Though it could be better if they have more shittle schedules going to hirafu.

They didn't mention which bus to the ski resort, no person in-charge be there and guide, missed the bus, even though they rearranged but still have to walk for 1km

the room was cozy for sleeping. safe box, lightning control, plugs in each rooms and large storage under the bed with locks. and locker room for your ski/snowboards. shower room, toilets are shared and clean. fresh towls are available every night. staffs are very friendly and good breakfast was included. izakaya is located in near by, or bar lounge in this hostel. 10min walk to onsen. pretty good for single, couple travelers. but there is no convenience shop.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and fluent in English. Surprisingly, the food was also quite impressive. The only thing that is a very small Ding is that it’s a little loud at night as it is a capsule hotel.Very cool hotel, very cool people. Other thannot centrally located to the niseko united resorts, loved the atmosphere and cleanliness.

Great stay!
It’s my second time staying here. The place was great, ski in/ out. Places were modern and clean, you can meet lots of friends here! Staff were great, food were great! Definitely will come again.

lovely new ski lodge with a fantastic restaurant
this is a very nice hindout for a few nights to enjoy the local Moiwa ski resort where it is very quiet and cosy as it is a small village but if you are a ski beginner, it is a much better place to hang out. Less people to share your runway.

It's like a really nice hostel. Everything is clean, there is both a locker for your snowboard stuff and a cubby underneath your bunk that locks for all your stuff. There's even a safe next to your bed for your valuables. The only downside was the food - it's an all Western menu thanks doesn't keep up with the rest of the lodge. Fortunately, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.

near to ski resort, with awesome powder. - rentals and lift ticket prices cheaper then hirafu - no crowd. - better local food at ski resort hut - only thing, is limited variations of runs. but great for beginners and intermediates. capsule hotel breakfast is a western style - its quite nice - when there are not so many people, they serve you individually in a atas resturant way. - the dining area is gorgeous with high ceilings and huge windows out looking to the ski slopes. capsule - the place is new. its clean. well equipped. - got a safe for valuables - locked dormitory with sex segregation , so safety is ok - capasule is pretty roomy and not claustophobic - got a separate storage space for luggages. - got another locker area for snowboard equipmenf - only thing, you need to be pretty fit and agile to climb up and down from the capsule - there are 2 floors. so if you are from the second floor.... you need to climb stairs to your room. and down the stairs for the toilet on the first floor. - ootherwise fresh towels, conditioner, shampoo, bath gel are provided. - water is only available on the first floor at the dining. they also provide a driver for onsen trips, secomart at hirafu, to go hirafu ski resort. there is a free shuttle bus from moiwa to hirafu ski resort at fixed timing. all in all. i will come back again. this place is great for 1-2 nights stay to hit the powder slopes of moiwa.

Lovely dorm, great food, friendly staff
The dorm was exactly the same as what described on the website, modern and comfortable capsule. In-room safe, luggage storage and ski equipment storage were available. Complimentary dinner were excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful! Shuttle buses were connected to train station and other ski resort around. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in my next ski trip!

This is my second time stayed in this property. Ski in & out. Dinner menu was excellent. I like the onsen selection and shuttle van pick up and drop off to onsen. Excellent set of staff and service.

Great staff and location
The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. In general, the guests staying here are also nice. The location is exactly next to the Moiwa ski area. It literally takes less than a minute to get your ski gears and start skiing. This helps save a lot of traveling time, especially if you do not have a car. The experience is a pleasant surprise for both my friend and myself - definitely recommend!

The staff was great and very friendly. Free breakfast and lunch included with your stay. Kind of hard to get to from the other resorts at night because the main bus doesn't go all the way to moiwa. Overall though it was a great experience and very comfortable

Staff very friendly Beds uncomfortable Hard to sleep well with all noise from others , everything is noisy safes, storage , alarms No access to town or ammenities Only services small mountain moiwa which u ski in a day Pods are stuffy and mattress uncomfortable , no service for duration of stay
