"While this hotel is marketed as a 5 star hotel, I don't necessarily believe that it is. It's lovely but I doubt I'd stay there again. The staff were friendly and they had an excellent selection available for breakfast. The location however was extremely convenient and was the main reason for the selection."

"The hotel is cute and vibey, feels clean and comfortable. Rooms are a bit tight. Biggest issue is the location, right next to nightclubs, music is loudly pumping until 3:30 am. The area is also extremely busy at night, the crowd in the area is not great, we had issues with uber drivers having to drop us off blocks away because the area was not drivable at night."

"Great new hotel in the perfect area!! Everything is legit at walking distance! Only thing i do recommend is probably a more bigger option when it comes to the breakfast! They have a little of everything but realistically it’s just recalentado, soup and eggs and a small plate of bacon, but they have the basics also they need more options in the pool, they should have music, a bar and a better seating area, it’s like just so boring tbh"

"Great restaurants across the street... try Olivia's for pizza , you won't regret it. 5 to 7 min walk for everything. About 30 to 35 min with traffic from the airport. Breakfast was great. Restaurants in the property were delicious too."

"Hotel is located within a very secure part of Medeline. The hotel has its own armed security guard. In addition every other block had security personnel located on the corners. Hotel has an amazing view of the mountains from the pool deck. In addition several spots exists within the hotel that you can grab something to eat. We started out with a room that had a bottom portion with a bed/bathroom with a loft which also had a bed/bathroom. My wife didnt feel as the railing going up the steps as...

"Everything was great. Staff was friendly, location is good and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The issue was when we requested the airport transportation service. One of the receptionist took our Information and told us she "booked" the service and that I would receive a text to confirm later. The next day I asked another receptionist if the payment would be charged to my credit card and she said no, that we would pay the company and then she looked up our reservation on the computer...
