"Overall an amazing beachfront hotel, has everything you would want or expect. Only downside was the road to get into and out of the hotel was not ideal especially for larger vehicles."

"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"We were amazed by the spacious, beautifully appointed rooms (beachfront villa). It was completely relaxing due to the isolated location and peaceful layout. The Kayana Beach Hotel was extremely accomodating; a very generous, à la carte breakfast was included which could be delivered to rooms or taken in the restaurant at any time of day. The restaurant was also great for watching the sunsets. Straight off the beach was perfect for swimming or snorkelling and having a private pool was also...

"This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend....
