"We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting."

"Reception staff are always on hand. The food for breakfast was super and service on all days we were there was efficient and made sure we left satisfied. Plenty of choice on the menus for breakfast and evening meals. "

The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. "A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "

"Great concept but not complete yet - Still building at the site - Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely "

"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."
