"I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!"

"I liked the location of the hotel, close to downtown Paso Robles. Enjoyed the welcome drink and breakfast. Everything was great until the elevator broke down and I was unable to get off on my floor."

"From check in we were treated well. They gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The room was very clean and the hotel was set up very nicely. The gym was excellent the pool was smaller than expected but still very nice my only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast buffet."

"When I went to the main office it had a horrible smell. When I got into my room there was a chicken nugget on the ground the bed sheet stain hairs in the shower. The pool was horrible it looks like they don’t clean it bad experience."

"We loved our stay at the Piccolo Hotel in Paso Robles. The only change that I would suggest is that the check in time would be 3PM rather than 4PM."

"The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water...

"The door key didn’t work at all even got a swap and still the keys wouldn’t work good I had to put them in and out 4-5 times before the door would open."

"Microwave in room did not work. Owner was unable to replace. Floor was extremely dirty, possibly hasn’t been mopped in a very long time. Bed sheets and mattress had stains."

"Beautifully renovated hotel, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was great. We visited the Mabel restaurant/bar. Bartender was friendly and made great drinks . We had some appetizers and they were delicious. Evening check in staff was very welcoming. Everything is so pretty!"

"Not much to say, it's a normal Motel 6, but they are remodeling it, and those rooms are pretty nice."

"Owners were super helpful and friendly. Nice to see a hotel owned by white people who actually care about your stay. Room was clean. Dated, but clean. Nice to be out of the really busy area but still close to the Main Street vendors."

"It was very quiet and clean. I liked that it was walking distance to the beach, food, and a few bars. Very pleasant without the crowds and busy traffic which is exactly what I needed. "

"Went to lay down only to find the comforter and sheets were covered in dog hair. They came in to clean the room and didn't make the bed. Parking sucked. Every time the people above us walked around it sounded like they were stomping."
