Vi hade bokat sex nätter men var tvungna att ge oss av ( hals över huvud) pga utegångsförbudet så vi var tvungna att åka tillbaka till den adress vi kom från. Så endast tre dagar med sol och bad så vi är jätteledsna. Ett mycket bra hotell som vi gärna återvänder till

Off season stay at Anilana

The stay was really nice and the staff were super friendly. I got a good deal because of the off-season stay, but the rain did dampen the fun. But haveing a non crowded hotel was great as well :)

비수기에 4박 이용했어요. 사람이 없어서 너무 한가하고 조용했어요. 직원들도 친절하고요. 트링코말리 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있지만, 다시 또 한가한 시간을 즐기러 가고 싶네요.

Great staff and warm welcome

A lovely warm welcome from the staff at Anilana -beautiful pool and clean beach area ,poolside rooms spacious and fabulous bathroom. Delicious buffet breakfast with a great variety of Sr Lankan and Western choices. You will need to let them know if you want alcohol with your meals as they do not have a bar on site -staff were very accomodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Geräumige, gut eingerichtete, saubere und schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Außenanlagen gepflegt. Unmittelbarer Übergang zu einem sehr schönen und sauberen Strand. Was gefehlt hat, war ein Fitnessraum.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The property is located a little distance away from from any shops or other restaurants, but TukTuks are readily available and the food on site is good. There was no alcohol available at all which wasn't advertised or communicated before we arrived, but that seems to be common at present in Sri Lanka generally, we could buy from the shops in Trinco and bring it back if required.

A part quelques problèmes d’insectes le premier soir dans la chambre, l’hôtel est parfaitement situé sur l’an plage calme de Nilaveli, et dispose de deux énormes piscines. Le personnel est serviable. Le bateau pour la merveilleuse Pigeon Island est a littéralement SUR la plage de l’hôtel. Bref... Parfait !

Helt utsøkt hotell med super service på stranda i Nilaveli. God mat, fantastisk service og ei hel strand(nesten helt for deg selv - ihvertfall når vi var der i mars). Er du heldig så dukker det også opp noen aper på stranda. Super plass som virkelig kan anbefales.

惊喜难忘的假期

酒店的设施和舒适都称不上一流，但是服务却格外贴心。 同行的好友恰好过50岁生日，按老经验，和酒店前台和餐厅打招呼询问是否可以安排一个蛋糕。出入意料的是，除了免费的蛋糕外，他们一再询问还需要什么额外的服务。几经沟通后，花了一些小钱，酒店帮朋友的50岁生日办成了小型烟火晚会，给朋友留下了惊喜难忘的假期。经主动的反复确认，还在蛋糕上写上朋友的中文小名，这服务绝对细致到位。 另外餐饮也很不错。入住当天是周末也是当地的公众假日，客人比较多，晚上正赶上烧烤自助餐。本还在纠结是否要吃自助餐，餐厅服务人员及时提醒我们不要错过，性价比果然很高，小青龙吃到吃撑。 美中不足的是，WIFI支持需要大大提高改善。房间几乎没法收发照片，只能坐在大堂里收发，且很慢。

Un 5 estrellas con alguna de regalo

Es muy agradable si bien es un poco incómodo tener wue pasar por recepción y comedores para ir a la piscina o a la playa. La piscina bastante sucia lo cual nos sorprendió. Personal muy amable y lo mejor la habitación, con la cama enfrente de una amplia cristalera pudiendo ver el mar aunque de lejos.

Unfortunately hotel is nothing what is displayed on the photos. The facilities are very old and poorly maintained. Inside the rooms the air conditioner vents are full of mold. The bathroom and the beach towels have several holes, worn out and some have some large stains (not sure if they were even washed). Hotel services are very overpriced, they take advantage of the tourists for the restaurant prices since there are not many restaurants nearby.

Bad management stuff

Management heads are very rude and they charged extra after we booked and paid. They didn’t ajust with anything. But the service boys did a good job they were very helpful. Also the guy called Fiaz at the front desk was good.

Fijn hotel aan t strand. Fijne ruime kamers, Heerlijke bedden. Hotel is hier en daar wat gedateerd, sporen van achterstallig onderhoud. Prijs kwaliteit is daarom niet goed. Op alle reeds hogere prijzen in het hotel komt 30% surcharge, dit is te gek!

Amazing location modern hotel

Great hotel and the most stunning location you can dream for, rooms stunning and large although sea view is actually partial sea view due to trees. Breakfast buffet is good but evening very average. Internet access is terrible worst we have had in Sri Lanka. Limited sun beds. Staff are totally amazing cannot do enough to help and oh did I say how amazing the location is, the beach is one of the best I have been to. Try to book mid week as there appeared to be less children then.

4 days of perfect R and R

We loved our relaxing time here. Staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable although outlook could have been nicer (we had a garden view room with not much garden to view!). We were a family of 5 so had two rooms next to each other. Only improvement could be that housekeeping come to make beds earlier in the day. They always came at about 5-5.30pm which we didn't like. Breaky was great and heaps of food to choose from. Pool and lounge area was lovely. We ate a the hotel a couple of nights and had the lovely buffet dinner. Not close to any other restaurants (need to drive there) Beach and water was devine. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Pleasant stay at Anilana Nilaveli

Totally amazing to end our backpacking travel here. The rooms were clean, fresh and smelled so good! However, some of the wall socklets didn't function in my room, neither did the blow drier. The wi-fi was quite lame. The pool and pool area was very nice and if one wants to bathe in the ocean it's just 2 minutes walk. The food served at the hotel was really good, both dinner and breakfast. The service personnel were very nice, helpful and really service minded. The location of the hotel was 10 km away from Trincomalee, so it was quite difficult to find it by taking the bus, but finally we managed to reach the destination. I could really recommend this hotel!! It was really good if you just want to relax near the pool and have good food. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have any spa facilities but the service desk recommended one nearby.

Schöne Anlage mit Poolbereich und Hotelstrand

Die Anlage ist empfehlenswert, allerdings liegt sie sehr abseits und der Ort Nilaveli ist nicht unbedingt den Gästen zumutbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Am Abend ist auf die eigene Sicherheit zu achten. Ausflüge sollten nur mit Begleitung und Fahrdienst unternommen werden. Es gibt einen hervorragenden Strandabschnitt, der leider durch sehr viel Plastikmüll überschwemmt ist. Darum kümmert sich in Sri Lanka wohl keiner. Am Müllproblem am Strand und in den Ortschaften müssen die Sri Lankis noch viel arbeiten.

Enttäuschend - wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist

Disappointing stay, left 2 nights earlier We booked this expensive resort hotel as a highlight of our sri lanka tour. After staying at the nice resort cinnamon blu in Trinco, it was a disapointment to arrive here (no spa, no poolbar, no rooftop bar, not the standard of a 4* hotel). No one showed us the room, so we had to guess where it could be...But we liked the spacious room, the pools and the beautiful view of the ocean. The requested vegan meal (due to milk allergy) was only possible after many explanations and misunderstandings. We talked to the manager about the disapointments during our stay (day 2/5). We asked for a 1 night refund and should receive it. Unfortunately there were many things at the hotel which were promised but didn’t exist. The manager told us that the promised things on their homepage were wrong because the homepage is managed in India..? (that’s why they promise Spa, pool bar and so on) As we still felt so uncomfortable after our talk and things didn’t change, we decided to leave after 3 nights instead if staying 5. The service staff is kind and tried really hard to make us happy. It just seems as the hotel as a whole doesn’t work. We were very sad that it ended up like this as we payed a lot lot lot of money (compared to that cinnamon blu costs the half of it...) and couldn’t enjoy our stay at all. If you don’t feel welcome as a guest, it doesn’t help if you’re staying in a stylish place...

静かなビーチリゾートホテル

レンタカーでコロンボの空港から伺いました。途中ダンブッラの洞窟寺院と、シギリヤの遺跡に寄って来たので、1日で7時間移動して夜に着きました。ホテルはトリンコマリーから車で30分程度走った北にあり、環境は抜群、プライベートビーチも最高でした。ただ、周囲に何もないので、夜の到着はGPSが無いと難しい事と、買い物に出るには不便です。市場で買ってきた大きな魚を調理して頂き、いい思い出となりました。ありがとうございました。
