"Photos don’t show reality, room was clean but lacked things like the torch didn’t work we had to ask for the room to be cleaned even though we were there 5 nights. Good location and it’s fine but could have a few more touches to make it better. E.g. shower gel in shower."

"Well maintained property, the pool was clean and pleasant. The staff was very helpful - I asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered to my room within minutes! The food is delicious and the selection is excellent - the evening buffet outside was magical!!"

"We had a very mixed stay at the hotel. Upon arriving and checking in we found that the room was very unclean. There was hairs in the bed which indicated the bedding had not been changed and hairs all over the soap in the bathroom. The bathroom had a terrible smell which was very strong and the air ..."
