"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. "I booked this hotel on Expedia for two nights DecThey are unprofessional and don’t even have a computer where they manage guest records and reservation. They have a notebook where they write everything like this is 1882. Expedia should de-list them. They use Expedia and other booking platforms to advertise their hotels but when you get there, particularly during peak periods like Detty December, they will tell you they don’t have the room but if you are willing to pay a higher price directly to them (out of booking platform), they would check you in. It’s fraud most hotels perform in Lagos to defraud unsuspecting travelers. "
