"I spent four nights at Cuatro Vientos with my family! We rented a room with two beds and a private restroom. Even before we arrived we already were impressed with the owners because we needed to figure out a last minute issue! They were so helpful and very friendly. Kitchen is adequately equipped, other shared areas are also well maintained and clean "

"We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well."

The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."
