"The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property was kept clean and the outdoor pool was gorgeous with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. There is also a bar at the pool. Meals were good and the staff was concerned that your needs were met. The shuttle going to the Langosta Beach Club and to downtown was definately needed being situated on the mountain. I would definately go back and stay again. Had a great time!"

"RACOONS! If you like racoons, this is the resort for you. They were living in the ceiling of our room (2400’s). The pool was the highlight, when it wasnt closed because the bacteria levels were too high. The beach was great and the views were absolutely amazing. Off site excursions were great. The restaurant next door was also very good. Some of the kitchen staff was unhelpful and rude, but the front desk was generally helpful but would not provide information about dining or events. By the way, all inclusive means free drinks and a buffet for all meals open during specific windows. There was a small on site restaurant opened every other day that was good if you could reserve one of the few available tables. The scenery does include closed childrens carnival rides, closed restaurants, and often times only one bar was open. Overall, Costa Rica was amazing and we will definitely return! Just not to this resort…"

"The room wasn’t up to date. The furniture was older, had visible old stains, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the lights over the shower didn’t work. "

"La comida muy rica, para el turista local muchos del staff los que se encargan de realizar las actividades de piscina y la mayoria de bartenders tienen un trato muy diferenciado si es extranjero a si es Costarricense, el staff se conoce el negocio que es turismo, pero si es turista local, piénselo, no lo hacen sentirse a gusto o no le dan el trato y la calidad de bebidas como si fuera extranjero. Los saloneros de los restaurantes sí son excelentes."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff are beyond kind. Property is beautiful and natural. Rooms are large and contain everything you need. Samara is beautiful and offers a wide range of activities to do off the resort. Such as side by side rides, horseback riding, day excursions, scuba diving, and lots more! We planned a lot of them at the excursion desk upfront with Luis, he was wonderful. At the front desk of the hotel Diego, Donovan and Josue always were there to help with any and everything. Food was always great, Kenneth,Burner,Donny and Alonso were always there to help at the chill and grill and other restaurants. The spa is a must visit, I had a deep tissue massage from Celenie and it was much needed after scuba diving (use Samara dive school and meet 5 minutes down the beach!) the gift shop on site is so convenient, even offering shipping for coffee and chocolate, this was Josie, Eli, Maikol, and Marco to thank for that and also recommending all the best local snacks.10/10 resort "

"Great resort for families. Beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Pool was perfect for my kids, with three different shallow areas where they could play. The resort yacht tour was amazing and easily a highlight of the stay. We did the morning snorkel to Honeymoon Beach and it felt like a private tour. Easily accessible to see wildlife in nearby places. "
