Nicoya Peninsula Hotels with parking

"Was hit and miss with getting towels replaced daily once they took towels. Did not follow there own policy of hanging towels to save environment. Rooms where very well cleaned and air cinditioning was great amenity to come back to the room to daily. Loved to hang out on balcony in morning. High regards to Oscar in lower pool bar, Enrique and Jill at Buffet and Alexando in disco bar as top customer service for our week stay. We loved to be able to walk the grounds and beaches daily as well as our excursions out on the economy. Would have liked to have a couple bottles of water daily in fridge vs one."

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return. "

"Beautiful property right on Playa Hermosa. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, spacious and a lovely view of the greenery surrounding the hotel and pool. There was some construction noise but we were there during the off season so not surprising. The hot tub was cool one evening but much warmer another. The area felt safe and calm. Expedia offered a 20% discount on a tour but the hotel only offered it for kayak/paddleboard rentals, a bit disappointing but the stay was otherwise fantastic. I would definitely return!"
