Lovely hotel with friendly staff, great location with just a 5mins walk to Nice Ville station, ideal if you’re travelling along the coast on day trips. Would stay here again!

We've stayed 8 nights. The room and entire hotel is in need of deep cleaning. This is beyond of what a housekeeper can do. You can see dirt or stains on the walls, around air conditioner frame, on the radiator, in the elevator. The bathroom had a sewage smell that they try to disguise by turning the air conditioner on to freezing cold and leaving the door open to the room. Once you shut the bathroom door the smell was quite strong. It is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was great. the staff was helpful. Location is OK, although I would not say Thiers Avenue seems very safe in the evening. It is close to Nice-Ville train station and Alsace-Lorraine tram stop. Nice and surroundings are beautiful.

Nice staff, hotel in good location for train station (5mins) tram (10mins)Decent breakfast Room on small side, fine for a few days, bed was very comfortable, didn’t like the sliding bathroom door which didn’t close properly and handle kept coming off, didn’t provide any privacy when going to the toilet!

Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Man hör när grannen tänder lampan eller sätter i kontakt i väggen. Även samtal hördes genom väggen. I övrigt ett fint hotell men lite dyrt i förhållande till vad man får.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately disappointed by the room. It was extremely small, had an unpleasant view, and the sink was so tiny that washing your face meant splashing water all over the floor. I honestly hated the room and was ready to contact Expedia and leave on my first day. What made me stay was the front desk team. The reception staff were outstanding—professional, polite, and truly committed to great customer service. Their attitude completely changed my experience, and for that alone, I decided to stay. Overall, I wont book this room ever again.but the staff were the saving grace of this hotel.

Proche de la gare Personnel courtois Chambre : manque d’entretien +++ ( poussière +++ sur les plinthes, taches sur les rideaux, les murs, linge literie troué !, serviettes toilettes trouées et tachées et pas tjs remplacées pour nous deux malgré demande !, poussière +++ au niveau du lustre, …) Locaux : manque d’entretien : moquette escaliers sales, plinthes dans notre chambre à remplacer car déformée par l’humidité, …) Petit déjeuner basique sans plus : pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ( produits industriels, manque de réapprovisionnements, espace de la SAM trop étroit, …,) Pas du tout un 4 étoiles, 2 tout au plus ! Pour finir, décevant car nous payons le prix d’un e catégorie 4 étoiles pour ???!

Very clean, super hot shower. After 10 nights of traveling this place had the best bed for comfort, warm enough also. Small room but cute decor! Excellent bathroom. Staff spoke great English, close to train station.
