"Light in corridor not working. Very dark in corridors and dirty carpet in corridors. Safe in the bedroom. Burnt mark on the kitchen work plan. Groutings in bathroom can be improved. The air conditioner was working amazing and helped us have a good night sleep. "I don’t know where to start. First the hotel and it amenities were more then I expected. It was my honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The house keeping team works around the clock to keep that place tip top. The spa is amazing it has multiple saunas all types of shower with different styles and settings it was incredible. They even have an ice maker making snow like ice to cool you down. The jacuzzi pool and tub is top notch. All the staff works so hard to make you stay the best. The art work though out the hotel is like a museum with elegant style. My favorite the best place I’ve stayed in. 5 stars "
