"This is a great place to say if you are a single traveler or a couple. We did not see many children if any. The restaurant is exceptional and well worth a visit whether or not you stay at the hotel. Employees were very helpful and the location was very convenient for all the attractions and activities we wanted to take part in. The only negative is that they charge $18 to park at the facility for the night."

"Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!"

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Beautiful hotel with stunning view of the falls as promised. Good on sight breakfast with amazing staff (Andy was so friendly!). Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. No main gift shop open for missing supplies /water and water was out on many floors vending machines. Eventually went to lobby and requested some be brought to the room which was provided. All In all would recommend and stay again."

"This hotel was good and clean"

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."

"I thought I was staying at the Fallsview Casino, but realized it was the Niagara Fallsview, but the staff was amazing and the property and room was great. I wish I had time to try the pool. My only issue was the charge for the parking. I get the issue, property is expensive and that cost needs to be recouped, but it would have been nice if it was included."

"Pool not usable. Office not staffed all day. Ice machine locked in office. Needs updated. Staff that I met were friendly and helpful."

"The stay was great! The staff was always helpful and friendly! We had a Junior Presidential suite, and the view was gorgeous! We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"
