There was no security through the night. The doors never lock, anyone can walk in. The hotel restaurants and room service close early and the bar is non-existent. You have to leave the hotel if you want a midnight meal or snack which is not convenient. The lobby is small for a such a big hotel. The only GOOD thing was the location and the price.

We booked a room with a city view but all we got was a room in the corner with no view of anything and also the cleaning lady’s left our room door open and didn’t even close it after they cleaned. But the room was nice and clean.

Location was excellent. Room was nice. Staff friendly. Check in and check out simple. Pillows were the only negative. Too soft. Overall. A wonderful experience.

we stayed for 2 nights, it was wonderful! the staff was very helpful and fast, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did self parking which was a little bit of a walk but nothing crazy. The elevator situation can be vexing sometimes, just very busy with so many people going all different ways, but nothing severe! Overall an amazing hotel, will definitely consider the next time I return to Niagara Falls!

I loved it because it’s right next to Clifton hill and walking distance to the falls. It has a WeGo bus line right across the hotel that you ride easily to go to different attractions. There’s starbucks and gift shops on the Lobby level as well as food area that offers salad and smoothies. Very convenient location.

Eveything was fantastic about this hotel. With the exception of the elevators. Even with seven elevators they were extremely slow. We were on the 4th floor and took the stairs 1/2 the time to get to the lobby.

The area: The area was great, right in the middle of the Clifton St attractions and a lot of eating and shopping options. There was also a quick indoor walk to the casino, the waterpark, and the self-park garage ($39 CAD tax). Being the end of April, it was pretty empty--we didn't have to wait for a table anywhere and there were no lines at the waterpark. The good about the room: We had a fallsview room with a Juliette balcony on the 7th floor and it was a wonderful view out of a full window wall. The room was clean and the shower had the best pressure we've ever had at a hotel. The bad about the room: There was a thermostat on the wall, but it did nothing. There was no air coming out of the vents, no matter the setting. It was very cold every night of our stay, but with 4 people in the room, by 2 am, we were all dripping in sweat. Luckily we had the Juliette balcony and could open the door for 5min and cool the room down. I did not complain to the desk as we decided we didn't want to move all of out stuff and we'd just periodically open the door. On the third day the weather got really nice and we just left the Juliette door open. Also, the room had a nice looking electric fireplace in the wall, but no remote or buttons to turn it on (not that we needed the heat, but it would have looked pretty). Additionally, we had a door adjoining our room and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next door through it. It was like we were sharing a room with another family.

This was a great hotel option with a Niagara Fallsview. The fireplace was cute and we couldn’t hear noise off of this main side street (Falls Ave I believe). Everything is in walking distance but driving is an option. Cons: You couldn’t use hot water long before the shower was loudly rattling. Cons as a tourist area: Everything has a lot of taxes added, the valet parking is great but pricey and the buffet with kids eat free from 5-6pm was extremely expense still (but good food). All and all great trip, just be prepared to pay.

The hotel restaurant buffet was a hard no, cold tasteless, and even some stale food. The daily resort fee with no beds made up or room tidied, no bottles of water replaced(charged for daily), garbage taken out……..the gym was disgustingly dirty. After the first day, I made sure to wipe everything really well before and after which is a usual practice but not to the extreme that your hands stunk if you didn’t. The luxury tax and resort tax as well as heightened prices on everything was insane. The view was beautiful though and the room was upgraded and they accommodated an extra day for me without having to switch rooms.

I booked my room over two months ago, we picked the Sheraton specifically so our kids could enjoy the indoor waterpark. The waterpark was closed both days we were in Niagra, the only open pool was tiny and 3.5'deep...no one at the desk could explain why or explain why we werent informed. Our rate should have been adjusted or given free parking. I could have easilychosen somewhere my kidswould have enjoyedmore.

The “upgraded room” was directly in front of an elevator so we didn’t sleep the best and connected to a room where there were screaming kids and parents. Our second day we came back and noticed the bed had been turned over with sheets that had dirt and hair. We did take photos and someone came to change them out after we requested but the girl at the front desk told us we had to change it ourselves as room service stopped at 5pm. That evening we went to the restaurant upstairs for a glass of wine. They gave my partner a freezing cold glass of Merlot. As two people who enjoy wine, we prefer our reds not cold like they’re supposed to be. He didn’t drink any of it but still had to pay. This morning we had a room attendant walk in on us. She didn’t knock or announce her entrance. She was there to turn the room over before we were checked out. We had issues with our bill, we were charged the upgrade fee twice. It took almost an hour of our day and vacation to get that fixed up.
