"The room was very spacious we got a 2 queen and sofa for our family of 4 and it was a great space for everyone. The pool water was cold but my kids enjoyed being able to go into the pool to play. I was also able to get a workout in so I loved having access to all the amenities. There was an option to opt in for breakfast but we didn’t do that because we had to leave but overall a great stay! "

"When we got to the resort. We went to check in at 4P and our room wasnt ready till after 6p. We were almost late for a dinner we had reserved some place else. We had a jacuzzi suite which was a beautiful room. The jucuzzi had missing buttons and we had to call the front desk to get help to turn it on. Over all we loved the room. "

"The hotel had a good room and location, decent breakfast. The check in was easy and the pool was great. No fitness center that we saw, toilet made noises in the middle of the night, and a rusty bathtub 😞. Had to ask for extra supplies for the person sleeping on the couch. Heavy weed smell in the first floor hallway. Parking price was reasonable, and a nice large parking lot. Niagara falls minutes away, a huge plus. Not sure if the city itself is safe at night - many homeless and a police...

"At first we thought it was a problem bringing our kids to a hotel with a casino. When we got there we found we would need to navigate from one end of the casino to the other. The staff there anticipated that problem and have a token you carry from one end to the other with your kids that allow you to go from side to side. Even more cool is the kids had a glimpse of what a casino looks like!"

Absolutely amazing!!
"Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here.
My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk.
We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms.
It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit! "
