We arrived late at night. The receptionist was still on duty. We were there for only 10 hours - just enough to get a great night’s sleep. The room was clean. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our satisfaction. There was plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable.

Room was clean but bathroom needed updates. Very basic breakfast, no sausages and eggs. Too many people due to the Labor Day weekend, it was kind of noisy but there were stores around. Easy parking, staff was friendly.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We had the same items every day: pancakes, white bread, tea, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It would have been nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.

The staff was great but the design of the building was inconvenient. There was no elevator and the bathroom inside the room had a towel rack above the toilet with no lid which made it very easy for the towels to fall into the toilet.

It was clean and decent place to spend a night. Breakfast was served very simple , waffles, cereal, bread, yougurt and juice. Not a healthy option. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean. The beds were comfortable Not a bad experience.

Staff were nice & helpful. It was 9 pm, in the lobby, I commented that there was no decade coffee, more was brewed. Next morning, waffles weren’t being made properly in the waffle iron. I told the desk clerk. He said, maybe it’s the batter. He changed it & then the waffles were being baked properly in the waffle iron. Breakfast was good, they had plain cheerios & fruit loops. White & brown bread available for toasting & apples were there. Coffee, decade coffee & hot water for tea was available.

Looks great in pictures.

Rooms were DIRTY, broken fixtures in bathrooms, good thing there were plungers in the bathrooms. pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. The free breakfast was a joke to say the least. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirty parking lots. Overall I would highly recommend choosing a different hotel. The staff was friendly.

Older then the Hills

I would call this place at the bottom of the "Hotel" spectrum. The hotel sits on a busy, noisy street. The bathroom sink was 'outside' the bathroom, next to the room door. A slight smell of mold was noted. Most disappointing were the thin walls and the loud, cursing people partying in the room next door delaying any attempt to fall asleep. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the TV, refrigerator, and AC all worked well.

Nice staff and clean hotel

After we checked in, we saw the TV didn't work. Carrie help us quickly and change another room that TV does work. Later we found the bathtub drain doesn't work properly, but we just live with it. Over all, the room was clean. But it only has 1 microwave to share for every one. So the long line is expected during meal time.

It was ok for the price…I mean you get what you pay for right. It was extremely noisy kids running around and all. Definitely a no frill type of place but for the price it was ok. The breakfast wasn’t that great very disappointing actually but hey it’s a cheap place and it was clean for the most part. The beds were ok comfort wise. But I think next time I won’t cheap out and stay somewhere else.
