Very close to the falls. Nice place to walk around. Breakfast can improve. Trying to have some water at night, the dispenser machine was not working and there was not fresh water at the main entrance either.

Loved my overnight stay at this property. This property is so close to the falls that one can actually hear the falls from the property premises which I found incredibly impressive. I had partial view of the Niagara river from my hotel room which added to the pleasure. Many food trucks and restaurants nearby serve major cuisines from across the globe. The location is very well lit and extremely safe to walk at night too. Having said that, of course be watchful of your surroundings at all times.

The stay was nice. The bad thing was our room wasn't ready until 5 and it was suppose to be ready at 4. We even came early to try to check in a couple of times.

The hotel is fairly clean. My room was nice and tidy upon arrival. The bathroom was clean. The only thing about the bathroom was, it looked like there was a tiny spot of blood on the shower curtain. The bed was a bit hard. The refrigerator in my room was super cold. Definitely appreciated that. The free breakfast from 7-10:00am was pretty good. The staff appeared to be really nice.

Hi, i like the location is excellent, the hotel was quiet, the breakfast is good. The bad the room was no really clean. I saw some read color stain on one bed it looks like they didn't change tne cover on bed. Thanks

The couch in the rooms looked dirty and old; and the lighting in the hallway was little dark. Overall the property was not to the par as advertised.

Location is the best, close to the Falls, park, Rainbow Bridge and dining. Clean, the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast could be better but wasn’t terrible. Go down very early because after 8 am is extremely crowded. Overall for the price this hotel is very good.

PROS: Great location for trip to Niagara Falls. Check-in was great. Received a goodie bag with water and snacks. Friendly staff. CONS: Room cleanliness and service were issues. Dirty bedding. No bath towels. Had to make multiple requests. Later, dirty towels not picked up upon request. Breakfast eggs made my daughter sick two days in a row. Third day, she did not eat them. No issues.

It was very close to the falls and state park. Also border to Canada. Everything was good but there can be improvement on the breakfast, out of order drinks both days. Overall would stay there

We booked this location because it had pictures in the description with a pool and hot tub Upon checking in and asking where the pool was I was informed that they have another property and use the pictures from that hotel. Try timer to five young children who were planning on swimming!

It was so convenient to walk to the falls. Good for older folks with limited mobility! There were a couple construction dumpsters at the entrance that kind of looked dumpy but i never saw or heard any work being done.

Staff was busy receiving three tour buses, but I was able to get checked in efficiently and they were very polite as well! Room was very clean and it was a very quiet. Pretty good view out the window and very convenient to walk out of the hotel and walk into Niagara Falls State Park right across the street! Parking was very easy and convenient as well.

The property was not fancy but any means, but it was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was very good and the dining area very clean and well maintained.
