"We enjoyed our stay especially because the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub in every suite. The only issue we had was that someone had left a window open in our room behind the curtain and we ended up with 5 or 6 flys in the room, which was a bit of a bother. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, was very happy with the service we received, enjoyed the spa treatments we chose and was happy with the location in town. We would stay here again if we ever return to Rotorua."
