"Parking is the biggest let down, I was told over the phone that I would get a pass to park in the carpark next to the hotel but on arrival I was told I had to pay $25.00, if I had known this I wouldn't have booked this hotel, I booked 3 nights in total, 1 night on arrival and 2 days before departure, the problem is I paid upfront but I will not book this hotel again "

"We had a lovely stay here before catching the train the next morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. The decor is simple, but we stayed here for the ease of getting to the train. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful (in spite of me not grasping things at first). For entertainment, you could access Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix and YouTube on the smart tv. They also arranged a transfer to the train station, most helpful. Would certainly stay here again. "

"Partner and I were in the city for a concert at Wolfbrook Arena, and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who were happy to help us with the best route to walk to and from. "

"Wigram is a lovely heritage building but the rooms are a mixture of modern and heritage. The room was cosy and we had a lovely comfortable bed and the temperature was just right in the rooms. The staff were amazing and when we were delayed on our travels they took the initiative to try and contact us through expedia to make sure we were okay. We hope we will get the chance to stay there again for more nights as it is only 15 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, airport, antartic centre and near the air museum."
