"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and...

Bigger public spaces. It’s connected to Prudential Center as well so there is lots of shopping and many restaurants. Flour, across the street, is great for breakfast and lunch. Bukowski Tavern, across Dalton, is a friendly spot for a beer. Very convenient"
