"Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for 11 days and not once were the towels or bed sheets changed. When I raised this issue, the receptionist handed me a sheet and expected me to change it myself—completely unacceptable and not what anyone should experience at a hotel.
The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper during the first two days with no effort from staff to restock or check on the room. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent.
This is not just poor service—it’s a serious failure in basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I paid for a hotel stay, not to clean and maintain the room myself.
I expect a partial refund for this unacceptable experience. I will also be escalating this complaint further if it is not addressed promptly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."
