I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

"There was a huge bug on the desk and the bathroom ceiling had caved in with a mess all over the toilet and floor! We immediately checked out and they would not give us a refund for that night.There were some scruffy looking guys cooking over a portable grill in the parking lot. One of the desk workers looked like she was dressed for mardi gras."
