The property is within walking distance to the beach. Adequate parking space. Quiet. The apartment was clean. Furniture was old but decent. Sofas and sofa-bed looked pretty new though. We arrived at around 9:30 pm and it was pretty dark and it took us a while to find the apartment as there was nobody at the office to show us. Since the apartment we rented at the back near the car park, there was no views of anything.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. At this time of year our office is open 7am to 8pm. We are sorry we were not open when you arrived to direct you to your specific apartment. Most of our villas and apartments have pool or beach views with just one that has no views and this is the one you chose to book. We clearly advise it as overlooking path/car park so we trust it was as expected.

Great place
The check in process was really good. We received communication the day before with codes and how to get into the property. Loved having a dedicated parking spot. The property was spacious and clean. Loved the big soaker tub and huge bath towels. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was great to have and seemed well stocked. It was a really nice touch to have hot chocolate and biscuits as well as tea there available for us. Would definitely recommend and come back

Perfect holiday apartment
Exceptional property in perfect position. Condition/cleanliness etc was first class, cannot fault it. Apartment had all the facilities you would need, was very spacious, the perfect place to relax. Could not fault anything. Should we return to the area this will be the first place we will look at, would love to come again. No hesitation in recommending this property. Very happy holiday

I loved my stay at the porth apartments, it had its own 3 minutes walkway to the beach. The pool was heated and had jets . The only thing about the apparent was the spiders on the celling .

Excellent holiday
Excellent accomdation. It was fully fitted with crockery, pots and pans, towels and bedding. The outdoor swimming pool was warm and clean. My only issue is that there was no laundry facilities. It would have helped alot. We will be coming again!

Very impressed
What a great find. Comfortable, clean and modern. Well designed layout with everything that you need. Right next to the beach too. Hotel was shut due to COVID but the pool was open. Quiet location that allows a good nights sleep. Recommend!!!!

Loved it would definitely visit again
Spectacular, home from home. Very comfortable clean and fully equipped. Great location , very central for all attractions within Cornwall (Eden project, Lands End St Michaels Mount). Cornwall is just a lovely place to visit

A lovely few days away, with storm dennis!
What a lovely apartment, it was home from home. The kids loved it. Shame about the phone signal for ringing up our friends that we was visiting, but the WiFi worked, so still managed to keep in contact. We had normal TV, catch up and Netflix, as we didn't go out in the evening due to the lovely rainy weather. Either way, an enjoyable stay

Lovely family holiday
Location is brilliant. Very close to porth beach, and not too far from shops, which is important if you're in self catering. The facilities were good, the pool was lovely and warm and it was great for the kids. Our villa was lovely and big. Lots of space for 4. Only issues I had were that our villa was a pain to get our stuff in and out of owing to location of car parks in relation to our front door; and the bed (double) was too soft. Felt like the mattress had long past it's lifespan. Hotel food was very good, in terms of value and quality. Will be going back again though.

Lovely setting overlooking the bay. Property was brand new so in good condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Signage isn't very clear and it is not obvious where you go from car park to get to reception. Lots of steps or strep slopes

Biker trip to Cornwall
The accommodation was clean and of a very high standard. There was lots to do around the surrounding areas and would definitely recommend this hotel/apartment.

Wonderful apartment!
The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless. Everything you need is there including endless sockets, which is rare in other establishments. Staff very friendly. We would definitely go there again.

Amazing Views & Accommodation!!
We were overwhelmed with both the location and accommodation that was provided for us. We even had our own parking space outside the Villa. Spotless, and every care was taken to make sure we had a fantastic break away. Even down to supplying toiletries, tea towels, clean, almost brand new cutlery, kitchenware etc. We will certainly be coming back again, and happy to recommend to friends and family.

Perfekt för familjesemester
Vi bodde i en av villorna. Två rymliga sovrum, det ena med balkong, det andra med ensuite, på övervåningen. En trappa ner låg vardagsrum och kök och terassdörrar mot poolen. Allt var rent, fräscht och kändes nytt. Poolen var perfekt för barnen att bada i. Uppvärmt, så riktigt varmt och skönt i vattnet. Vi lagade all vår mat själva. Affärerna finns i Newquay. Kostar en hel del per natt, men vi tyckte absolut att det var prisvärt. Åker gärna tillbaka.
