"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

When we arrived, it looked abandoned—broken windows on the ground floor, no exterior lighting (very unsafe at night), and the key was difficult to retrieve from the lockbox. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a musty, stale odor that made the entire place feel like a haunted house. The ground-floor bathroom door literally fell off the hinges when opened. That bathroom also flooded, making it unusable....
