Dust everywhere, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, room was like something from the 90s, bathroom tiles cracked and chipped, bed was terrible (old mattress and lumpy pillows), room was noisy (noisy plumbing, could hear everything from the room above including them using the toilet), we hardly got any sleep, tv didnt work (maintenance came to the room but was unable to fix the tv), room service food wasnt great and very expensive (£44 for...
