"Good central location. We were shocked by the state of the entrance to the apartments from the street, not a good first impression. No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. Some things missing in the kitchenette (no forks) and a broken glass so left a note. It was clean though and had a comfy bed. Furniture damaged and bedside light not working. Didn't...

"The hotel its self is really modern and well presented but we had an issue with some sort of bug in our room/bed . Both my husband and myself were bitten quite a lot . The staff were really helpful and apologetic and were just waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue"

"Bagdon Hall is set in beautiful grounds, and staffed by wonderful people who have worked there because they love the place. I did too, along with my two little dashing dachshunds. I wish that I could have stayed longer. The food was delicious, and fresh and locally sourced. Thank you all. "

"The room itself was ok. Strange unpleasant food smells emanating from bathroom. Check in was well explained but tricky getting code on lock box outside in the dark. Relieved to be staying only one night and would not rebook"

Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. "Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely.
