Lovely hotel, over looking the river. Staff were very friendly, room was clean & well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Would definitely come back again.

Would highly recommend Innside so clean and modern with some quirky touches. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was the best. Would definitely be returning on our next visit here.

You know what your going to get *****+ treatment
Innside always takes care of me on my respite break thereā€¦I love love love itā€¦on this occasion it was Ruta this time that made my stay extra special by upgrading meā€¦my eyes leakedā€¦.i always feel rested and well fed when I leaveā€¦.i canā€™t wait till my next visitā€¦the chef always makes me the most delicious egg white omelette ā€¦thereā€™s also a vast array of hot cooked food as well as delicious breads and pastries and fruit juicesā€¦I love a mix of there fresh fruits with natural yoghurt with a sprinkling of granolaā€¦thereā€™s also salmon and cured meats and cheeses ā€¦for up to Ā£25 credit when booking 1/2 board itā€™s a lovely treat to nice Italian foodā€¦right on the quay whatā€™s not to loveā€¦itā€™s always immaculate particularly the bedding and the robes and slippers and lovely pillows and toiletriesā€¦.the gym is top notch ā€¦.wish I had my trainers with meā€¦nothing better walking to your room excitedly wondering what itā€™s going to be like inhaling the lovely products house keeping useā€¦all staff are hard working and it showsā€¦.and still there each time I return! So that says a lot about how there treated šŸ˜‡ā€¦so for that reason I will always be a returning customer.thank you innside and Gino Dā€™Acampo for thinking up a lovely resturant.

Weekend Away
Lovely Hotel in a great location. Spent the weekend here as a weekend break. The hotel is right on the quayside and in a great area for restaurants and bars.

A real treat
Fabulous hotel. Very modern, high spec fixtures and fittings. Felt luxurious. I paid a bit extra and got a lovely river view as well as some free drinks, which I appreciated on a big drive after my stay. Great breakfast. I'd definitely stay again.

Overall lovely stay
Really nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant and bar area lovely and breakfast was very nice the next morning. We didnā€™t have an evening meal but the menu sounded delicious.

Brilliant
My last review slated a 4 star hotel that I stayed in. This is quite different. Thankfully, from the moment you arrive until you leave, you will be glad you booked. Superb modern hotel. Oh! And the restaurant is owned and called Gino Dā€™Campoā€™s so book the 1/2 board option!

Friendly and helpful personnel. Nice room, large (slightly dusty). The only downside for me - low hot water pressure and not being able to go over a certain temperature

Wonderful place.
Great hotel in an excellent location. Buzzing on Saturday night but our room was peaceful & quiet. Superb choices at breakfast and lovely friendly staff - wonderful place!

The only disappointment for us, after five nights, was the restaurant. The evening meals were a great let down. Prices were high, and the food plain. Most main courses did NOT come with potatoes, vegetables, or a sauce. Service was slow, and bar prices exorbitant. Sadly I cannot recommend anywhere nearby that was any better.

Great stay
Great stay, lovely hotel and Ginoā€™s restaurant was also great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the check in staff gave us a complimentary drink voucher which was a nice touch. The room was a river view and was very light & airy. Nice selection of complimentary cold / hot drinks in the room also. A 10 min walk to the Center of Newcastle.

Excellent all round!
This was my third visit to the hotel, previously with my husband, this time with a friend. Each time it has been excellent in all ways. Comfy beds Heating/aircon effective Lovely breakfast Excellent Gino de Campo restaurant Helpful friendly staff Personal attention despite being there at a very hectic time when the Paris St Germain football team were also there! Looking forward to my next excuse to go and stay!
