I do not recommend this property in any way shape or form. The bed had wooden slates like a futon frame. Half (literally half) of the slates were entirely broken. You could not sit on half the bed without falling to the floor. The other half of the slates had been zip-tied together. I arrived late and had no choice than to stay. Even after a very uncomfortable night sleep, I did not ask for a reimbursement for that night. Rather, I asked to switch rooms. They said they had no availability but I could check out and not stay the next three nights as planned. After contacting Orbitz to cancel the reservation they tried to charge me for the next night because I was not willing to accept another zip tie solution. Orbitz was kind enough to reimburse me for the second night and I left. That's just the bed. The pictured communal kitchen was a mess, there were dishes stacked in the sink, frying pan with food stuck on it on the stove and not at all in the condition that was pictured. I simply owe it to you to discourage you from staying at this place. Why it is called a Woodland View Villa is beyond me, there are absolutely no neighboring woodlands, and it is not a villa.
