"Being on my own + recently having mobility issues in the last few years, ease of accessibility is a priority & I notice when people help. I've given alot of my business to this group so was most disappointed to be discriminated against when either needing more time or some assistance in rebooking + being inbetween rooms + having to move out then move back in on my own proved impossible to do within to their allocated times + as a result Ive been asked not to book again. Realising people aren't very nice when their job doesn't require them to be."

"The same thing I dont like everytime at this hotel is also the only thing I ever have to complain about @ The Gateway Inn... & thats when I have to leave. (Sad Face) I just love this place, the staff are so wonderful & are always happy to go the extra mile yet so modestly & kindly make you feel like nothing is a bother or too much to accomodate in their efforts to show that you're valued as a customer & feel welcomed like a family friend. The vibe is like a big safe warm hug. The rooms provided are generous in space, ameneties are varied & top notch & the customer service extended is of international standards. And No I wasn't promised anything to say all these great things about the Gateway, but Ive tried the rest & dont even have to guess you'll be impressed- by the Best Hotel in town!!"
