"The whole experience at the Retreat is superb. The friendly staff the, the deco and surroundings are lovely and it has a great relaxed feeling. It is luxurious without feeling stuffy. I went with my daughter and we had a great time relaxing around the outside pool."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Chequers. The hotel is clean, well kept and convenient for all local amenities. The staff were very professional and polite and happy to help at every turn.
Highlight for me, apart from the location, was the plentiful parking available and the breakfast was delightful and incredibly good value for money.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommended."
