"Our flight was canceled at Newark Liberty. I went on my Expedia app and made a reservation here at Hampton Inn based on the reviews and amenities. I called ahead of time to see if I could check in early (I am a disabled veteran who requires assistance), and Elaine very positively told me to come in, enjoy the free breakfast and chill in the lobby until she can see how to accommodate us. Elaine came through quickly, and our room was nice and cold, clean and comfortable, and we were full from a hot and tasty breakfast and exhausted from traveling and delays. The bed and bedding was wonderful! The shuttle bus driver, Ralphy, deserves kudos for being the most friendly, informative, and helpful staff member along with Elaine. Highly recommend this property for Newark Liberty airport stays."
