"Quiet block"

"Summit is a nice upscale "North Eastern" town, with a very walkable downtown. The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. "I had a very pleasant stay in crystal room. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, and I appreciated the overall environment and facilities. My stay went smoothly and I would gladly recommend the property to other travelers."

"This was the most terrible place I ever seen verie ghetto in the hood front door wide, open people could come in and go as they please, no security or surveillance.I had no key for my room.It was a shared space which they didn't say in the beginning run , when you see the name of this motel"

"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay."

"The people were rude and it was not clean or sanitary and I couldn't put flush toilet paper"
