Room was nice - clean. My only complaint was the misinformation I received about parking. We were told that even though we did not reserve parking with our hotel reservation, we would be able to park for $30 a day. When we checked in agent said we would not be able to park if not combined with a hotel reservation. Disappointed in the inconsistency with info provided.

I guess NOT having a microwave in the room must be a common occurrence for the East coast. So we were again throwing away tens of dollars in leftovers. Something else this place doesn’t disclose until you’re checking in is that YOU PAY FOR PARKING! Seriously? Just raise the rate of the room $20/night instead hiding this charge. They also charge you a $50/NIGHT! Seriously? I don’t care if it’s going to be refunded. It didn’t feel safe there. There was very little to choose from in the way of food. The takeout options were terrible and took an hour or more to get to us each time we ordered. We tried to go out one night, but after seeing prostitution on the streets several miles away, we didn’t feel safe getting out of our car. The breakfast was good, but it was always super crowded. The beds were okay. The ac unit in the room barely worked. It just blew air, so with the humidity it was rather uncomfortable most of the time. At least it was clean. Really appreciated the staff, it’s well run. For a Hampton, it was an okay stay. Because of the location, we won’t be back.

I missed my overnight flight in Newark and booked this hotel last minute. Perfect for a one night stay. They have a complementary shuttle to the airport and the breakfast is good with lots of options. Very clean. Very close to the airport.

Close to airport and Jersey Garden Mall, but far away from other. Dining was not close by, no walking and not convenient to anything. You had to drive or Uber to anywhere.

I very much enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again. The only negative is that you either need a car or to take the shuttle to get anywhere, but that's kind of necessary if you want something that's this quiet and safe in the area. Plenty of places deliver here, and the hotel has a great dining area downstairs, so it's not like you have to leave for food.

Conveniently located . Beds comfortable. Somewhat noisy. setting near airport and highways. First night couldn’t regulate heat/ac and they turned the unit off for the rest of the stay but that wasn’t really a problem. Reasonably priced.

Nice choice if you have a layover at Newark airport. Breakfast was included and it was really good. Rooms are comfortable ans spacious

No complaints of staff. (NEVER had an issue with any Hampton Inn) Driver for shuttle and front desk were great. Nice people and both were done efficiently and pleasantly. The room is spotless and comfortable. Extremely pleased. Again, always my hotel of choice. Never been disappointed.

Very close to EWR. Shuttle was waiting at spot once I got to pick up spot. It was quite a distance. Lodging was exceptionally quiet with a comfortable bed. Perfect for my one night stay.
