"Our room was right on top of a nightclub without any warning from the staff. Unfortunately we had to listen to very loud music way too late into the night."

"Aside from being a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, with the most comfortable of beds, the staff went above and beyond to help me when I needed some help, including recovering my phone when it fell between the bed and headboard and I couldn't move the bed and providing me with a replacement second hand suitcase when the zip on mine broke as I was packing to head home. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice hotel. The only minor annoyance was the fact that the curtains were on the wrong side of the windows. The view is incredible.. well half the view is. Half the view is the water and mountains and is amazing, and the other half of the window is blocked by a highrise building across from the hotel. Unfortunately to block the view of dozens of windows which can see right in to your suite you have to close the curtain all the way which also blocks the good half of the view. Something which the hotel should address by changing the functionality of the curtains so they are either moved to the other side or 2 curtains are installed so either half or the entire windows can be covered. Otherwise this hotel is great, and everything around it is amazing included the wonderful Japanese spa which is connected to the hotel. "

"Everything was good, very easy to access everything you want. The only sad part of my stay was the ambulance and police cars sounds which was very annoying and bearable even from the top floors and consistently al day. Except that everything was perfect and very nice and helpful staff in the hotel."

"I stayed here for the third time and it is definitely wayyy nicer than it was 3 years ago. Stayed in a beautiful balcony room on the newly renovated 18th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was clean throughout, including the hallways, and the price was great for the location. Customer service from the management and day staff is 10/10. Had a really comfortable stay and would definitely come back."
