Check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked my family in I was very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name, because he certainly deserved the praise! This hotel was a great spot to be where main attractions were not far off at all!

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Room and staff were great. However, could not comtrol the room temperature. Was too hot in room. Need to address room temperature in rooms.

Great location! Great staff! Free water. Only downside is that the room is dated. But I would still stay here again!
