While we regrettably had to cancel our stay, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Our travel plans were disrupted by adverse weather conditions, including a windstorm that prevented our plane from landing followed by an earthquake in New York that led to airport closures. Despite these unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, the team at William Vale ensured our well-being and comfort. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to experience a stay at William Vale during our next visit to NYC!

Wonderful quick gateway. Amazing stay thanks to the lovely concierge, Sara, who helped with accomodating all the reservations I needed for their restaurant Leuca, and their rooftop bar Westlight.

Hotel brochure listed as breakfast starts at 07:00 AM. On 7th March at 7:30AM I went to lobby and asked management. They said breakfast starts at 8AM. I was too much hungry and I was going to work. I went to work without breakfast. I was completely disappointed with this.

The hotel and room was clean? The balcony view was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. However, the size of the Gotham suite with balcony was smaller than I expected . Overall, would recommend .

I love the Gotham View. I did not like the communication when it came to me taking professional pictures on the property not only did, but I also reach out 2week prior to Reversation and no response the security was a little hostile about me taking the picture. If I book a stay and spend my hard-earned money, why can't I take pictures on the property?
