I heard pipes making noise during the night. Either sinks or commodes or something in walls but loud enough to wake me up once or twice a night. I did not report as I didn’t want intrusion into my room but felt like noise could have been in hallway. Very nice hotel and your restaurant was so authentically French and delicious. Welcoming and Nice staff too in the hotel.

My third stay and it keeps getting better. The loft room is spacious and beautiful. Quiet with comfortable bed and linens. The fitness centre is on the room with a view from the treadmills.

We Love The Rock and Roll History of The Chelsea! It has prevailed time and it's a wonderful place to stay. Great location and easy to get to.

This is literally the BEST hotel in NYC. Most beautiful rooms. Multi metro stops nearby. Tons of restos and pubs. And the staff is excellent. We won’t stay anywhere else!

Chose the. Chelsea to soak up some of its history and infamy from the past. We got that in spades. The staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. It was expensive and the food choices were surprisingly limited. But worth it once for the atmosphere and history.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. Dominic and Anderson, two of the bellhops and many others helped with our luggage and assisted us with room requests. The lobby is inviting with a roaring fire and for a king bed/petite room, it was perfect for two people. Will definitely stay at Hotel Chelsea when I return to New York.

The whole atmosphere was amazing. The building is full of interesting art and furniture. The staff were always welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Staying at the Chelsea is something I will never forget and always treasure.

This was our daughter’s first time in the city and this particular hotel set the scene perfectly. Unique, intriguing and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and made us feel right at home.

The room was luxurious and comfortable. Spacious by NYC standards. Easy to get around the city from here. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa or exercise room, but checked them out and such a lovely environment on the top floor with tons of light. The rooftop would be a wonderful place to have a coffee on a nice day.

Trying to explain all the ways I love the Chelsea Hotel is impossible. There are practical items ~ it is clean, well designed, and in a great location for getting around NYC. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the water pressure is awesome, and the rooms are well sound proofed and deliciously quiet. Service is outstanding as well. The newly opened spa is beautiful, as is their gym. But it’s the intangibles - the history, the art, the stories of the place - that make the Chelsea Hotel so special. I love it!

The only criticism I have is for the restaurant. The coffee is terrible. For such a nice place they need to spend a bit more money on good coffee. It gave the entire trip a bad feeling. Without good morning coffee what is there?

The staff was super nice at the desk. Unfortunately the restaurant staff , particularly the hostesses both day and night were so rude !!!! The property is lovely. The cleaning staff knocked on doors at strange times even with the do not disturb robe. The maintenance staff came several times and disturbed us several hours after we called about the shower . We had already figured it out. They came again the next morning. The property is not well managed. The food at the restaurant was really expensive and really awful. Sorry Hotel Chelsea , don’t know how you get away with such poor service!!!

The hotel has been beautifully renovated yet just the right amount of touches to celebrate its unique lore have been preserved. The space is cool and enchanting. The staff is very professional and kind. Everyone treated me wonderfully. The property is close to Chelsea Market and the High Line. The Subway is at the end of the block and anything else you may need is nearby. My personal favorite was Brooklyn Bagel Factory right around the corner. This stay was worth every penny and I honestly feel that this will be my hotel of choice for all my future New York City junkets.
