MY HUSBAND AND ME 🥰 STAYED THE WEEKEND AND EVERYTHING WAS REALLY SUPER CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY FRIENDLY, THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE BAR SERVICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE I THINK IT WAS UNDER REPAIR. BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT IF WE RETURN TO NEW YORK THIS HOTEL WOULD BE OUR CHOICE☺️

This hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the shuttle to the airport quick. It’s a 5 mins walk to the subway and a 40mins ride to time square.

The young man at the front desk was AWESOME! Young, gifted, and Black!!!! Extremely professional. Hotel was clean and brand new! The only thing it lacks is a full restaurant with a lounge

It’s convenient near a lot of dining option but the elevator is not easy to navigate. The staff was nice to extend my check out since I was running late.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was overall clean, always seeing someone cleaning the lobby. Did not like that housekeeping missed a huge sticky spot right by the door, but they took care of it next day (we checked in late). The keycards did not work on the first day, other guests complained of the same issue. Other than that, the front desk was wonderful, overall clean and nice. Location was great in the heart of everything, had a room with amazing view of Manhattan and citifield stadium. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent location- very walkable, lots of shopping and dining options. Hotel was clean and staff was attentive. My one compliant would be the valet charge of $45/day, despite the website reading $35/day.

I loved the stay I wish I stayed longer than a night but I felt right at home. The bed was so comfy, the tv had the YouTube app which I love and the staff was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

The area is very convenient. Less than a 15 minute walk to the subway. I did take the subway into the city and thr ride ranged between 45 minutes to an hour depending on the time of day. Lots of food and shop options around the hotel as well
