We enjoyed our stay here! The property had a lot of great amenities including a large rooftop that we could use any time during our stay and refillable water bottles/stations on every floor. The room was quite spacious by NYC standards and the staff was very helpful and professional. We did have some issues with the thermostat and the heat kicking on when it was set to cool but other than that, had no issues during our stay.

We found check in was welcoming, fast and efficient. The room was exactly as it looked in the picture. Bed was super comfortable. The air quality was good despite not being able to open a window for fresh air. We loved going to the penthouse floor upon arrival and in the morning for coffee. The view of manhattan was superb. We will definitely return and have recommended this hotel to our friends. It is super convenient to walk to the grand central station.

The room was fine. There was nothing amazing about it. Fine for a stop/commuter stay but I do not recommend for a vacation accommodation. There was no safe in the room that I could see after much searching so when I left for my event, I had to take valuables (Laptop, etc) with me.

Right away, the employees were incredibly friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. This hotel is close to Grand Central Station. There was an ATM right across the street in a little 24 hour deli.

Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend

Staff was extremely pleasant and location is exceptionally close to Grand Central Station. Rooms were clean and no safety concerns. Would stay again.
