Great location! Small but clean with comfortable dad and Tillo and the washroom is a nice size. I also loved that they had a good selection of TV channels for when we needed to come home and rest.

It was a lovely stay. The only thing I would mention is the way the showers are set up. It makes the floor soaking wet and doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. And the dining area downstairs to only have one waitress or waiter catering to a very large group along with others coming in is a bit unfair to the staff and to the customers. But it was a great stay nevertheless. Thank you so much for hosting us. Hoping to come again sometime.

We had a girls getaway with 2 rooms, the beds were comfortable and we felt safe in this area. For a busy area the hotel was quiet and calming. Extremely walkable, very central location. The staff were very kind and would stay here again next time! Highly highly recommend! 5 Stars across the board.

in the heart of the city, you can walk or take public transportation anywhere you need to go. the area is definitely crowded and while its loud outside the room itself is soundproof so you cant hear a thing. the staff is very warm and welcoming, the building is safe (guests cant get upstairs without a keycard), the amenities are beautiful and while i didnt eat the food the hotel offered, it seems like it was a hit. the room itself is spacious and beautiful, comes with an amazing view and it is SO clean. 10/10 i will be back soon! :)

The hotel was great in terms of location, staffs and functionalities. A room for 4 was comfortable, in the lobby there were a game room with table tennis and table soccer and also a gym, my kids really enjoyed playing there. Hotel had complimentary lemon water in the lobby. There were yoga mat and other exercise equipments in the room. There is a coin laundry facility a block away. Also on 9th street which is a block away there are many great places to eat. Subway stations are close snd we used subway and airport link train to JFK which was much faster and cheaper than Uber or taxi. James and other staffs were very helpful and kind! We were able to check in early around 11:30 am ( it depends if they had room available).

The bedroom was perfect, all in perfect condition and brand new. Location is very good, even if not very nice outside, it is pratical and close to everything. The breakfast was a slight disapointment, as it is not self-service as I assumed it would be (at least based on website). It is a served breakfast, from a menu, and then options are limited if you are used to your breakfast routine. It is however easy to have breakfast outside, there a couple of very good places within a 5 minutes walking distance.

The hotel feels new and clean. The staff are usually friendly, especially the maintenance staff. Location is ideal if you’re coming in from Penn Station; subways will take you anywhere from here. Proximity to Hell’s Kitchen means great food options if you know where to look.

Utensils in restaurant were always dirty and they always seemed understaffed. The person checking me in called me sir. The carpet outside room was stained. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable.

This property was clean, trendy and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. It was easy to have them hold my bags after check out. They could use more options for food in the little marketplace though. There were only two. Lots of drinks choices though!

A good hotel, near a police station. Not much space to stow away your stuff. Had exercise ball, and an exercise device in the room that took up space that is not necessary. Gym had broken equipment.

It was a very hospitable hotel from the people at the front desk, those working the bar, to the maids. Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked they had cable tv and movie channels which was fun to watch on our down time when we weren't walking around. It's a short walk from Port authority station so that was convenient and right next to time square without being literally in the middle of all the noise and lights which was a plus. It's right next to a Police Station which we didn't realize until getting there so when seeing 20 NYPD cars you can't help but to feel a little safer than usual. We took a walk to The Vessel which is a beautiful art piece in Hudson Yard there's also a shopping mall right across from the piece with high end stores and restaurants but if you're looking for something more affordable to eat the vendors on the corners sell a variety of foods that were delicious, we recommend the Philly cheese steak with white sauce. Also going towards time square there's a noodle spot called Wok to Walk that was very affordable and delicious if you're looking to try something different. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

I was surprised by an additional fee imposed by the hotel at check-in. I was told that this was added because I used Expedia to book the room. Given the lack of transparency around fees, I am unlikely to use Epedia or IHG properties in the future.
