The Only Thing I liked was when it was time to leave … This place is Horrible .. Crackheads was sitting in the lobby and people sitting on the table next to the microwave.. also bathroom was filthy

Great location for people with cancelled flights
My flight was cancelled, and I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the night. This hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the Jamaica airtrain station connecting to JFK airport. There's a NYC Finance Department office on the same street, so the neighborhood has a constant police presence. The rooms are old but clean, and the staff (particularly Nathan) was friendly. There's noise from the nearby intersection in the daytime, but it quiets down at night.

Single person for one night no more
This is a short-stay motel that wishes to be a medium-stay inn and is still in the growing stages. It's proximity to public transport and the airport make it great for one night hops before an early flight however it is located in a shadowy area of Jamaica Queens with less than reputable characters around after dark. The neighborhood is on the industrial side of the airport and a 5 minute walk before populated areas with plenty of Law Enforcement. Despite the Blue Birds nest efforts at cleanliness, (they do clean constantly) there is a heavy and pervasive odor of marijuana from the short stay revelers. They demand the deposit in cash up front to be returned at the end of the stay and the parking lot only holds 6 vehicles. They prohibit stays longer than 7 days and advertize late night short stays in jacuzzi rooms such as the "groovy midnight special" the rooms lack closets and fridges which tells you their original intent.

My stay was extremely horrible .This is my fist time staying at a hotel an wasn’t happy with my stay . Unfriendly staff ,very dirty place .there was animal poop in the Elevator and on the corridors.Noises with loud music from other people staying in the hotel as well .. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at ..

Ok
The hotel could have beetter potential. The room are ok we noticed the smoke detectors were cover the room smelled like weed. We had no remote the hearter in the room didnt work at all we notified the front desk amd they absolutely nothing. Parking is tight but available area is ok close to stores amd dining.

I ended up having to find other accommodations 10 minutes of arriving at the hotel because I did not feel safe at the Blue Bird Inn, there was strange people coming in and out the hotel which made ne feel unsafe. My room key didn't work. I would'nt recommend that Inn to anyone that is not familiar with the area soiry.

Nice motel in the area
it was a last minute trip there someone from out of town needed a place it was cost-effective and near the jfk area its a fairly new motel located in the hood without the hood vibes

The jacuzzi in the room was great. Powerful jets and it changes color. Otherwise this is a hotel u stay at for a night just to get some sleep. The tv had only 1 channel. The desk chair was a metal folding chair. Very low budget. Oh and my husband said he heard gun shots when he went out to the car. So yea, there’s that

It was a shelter. I would like a refund. I had to book a new hotel. Did not stay one night. Cigarette burns on the blanket. Holes in the walls of the bathroom. I had to ask the front desk to let me back in the room if i left .disgusted!!

All three rooms we were shown were absolutely disgusting. Picked the least gross one and literally slept on the blankets for fear of getting closer to the mattress. Never again.

Things are “Not” what is seems to be.
I had requested extra towels and a blanket. No one never came and it didn’t have no closet space to hang up my clothes. I didn’t stay, I lost money and went to another Motel.

before you booked a room sir. there were clear picture evidence of your hotel/room layout. also sorry we didnt have something to hang up your fancy coat. but im pretty sure a motel wouldnt have gave you a better clean/environmental hotel like ours. thanks for coming mate

First 2 rooms were occupied. Parking lot open to anyone the specifically state park at your own risk. That’s if you get one of the 10 spots. Would not recommend will not be returning.

This property had an uncomfortable projection on in. From waiting to check in because nobody was available at the counter. Upon entering the room, an awful smell, broken window latch, so the window could now close. Carpeting was dirty, sheets were dirty, no amenities of the sort at all, not even an iron. I will not be going back to this property again!

The first room I went into was filthy the sink was dirty with nats flying around it bathroom was dirty also I went to turn the shower on brown water came out smh this was the first hotel I’ve been to in a long time without a fridge or microwave room had a smell too it someone was smkloning weed in the next room felt like I was smoking someone kept going out the door to the staircase and letting it slam only thing good was it had a lil parking lot I was able to park in and the bed was comfortable I won’t stay at those hotel again 1 star out of 5

Fair good location to JFK & Train Station
I found in the shower the lasts guests soup & shampoo. I also found my bed only had a bottom sheet & blanket. The top sheet was missing. Reception gave me another sheet to make my bed properly. The room had no where to hung any clothes! Other than that I didn't mind the hotel & its position to JFK & train Station.
