"The hotel overall was a good experience. I never knew the hotel had a breakfast or where it was at. The hotel is rather small, being so close to Times Square. With that said it was quiet and I couldn’t hear the noise of Times Square which is a huge plus! Don’t expect to get a view from your room. Our view was a brick wall, lol!! Unfortunately for the last 2 days of our stay the AC gave out and the room was very warm. We ended up leaving early to cool off at the airport before our flight home."

"The grab-and-go breakfast was a nice touch, the room was a decent size by Manhattan standards, and the hotel was extremely clean, felt very safe, and was literally steps from Times Square. Two major subway lines are nearby as well — the N/Q/R is very close, and the 1/2/3 is only a couple of blocks away. That said, there were two things I really didn’t understand. First, a room rate should be a room rate. The additional $40/day facility fee felt excessive and unnecessary. Second, we arrived just 50 minutes before the standard check-in time. Our rooms were ready, yet we were still charged a $50 early check-in fee. Thankfully, they waived it for one room, but we still had to pay for the second. The room was already ready — it’s not as though it was going to be rented to someone else for those extra 50 minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel, but these pricing practices definitely soured the experience."
