Hyatt Regency Times Square
Location is a 12 out of 10! In the heart of Times Square/Theater District area. The service from concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping was fantastic. We were there during the NYC snow storm and they had a room ready for us at noon instead of their usual check in time of 3 pm, which was very much ...

Lotte New York Palace
Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

Hotel St. James
The room was clean! The bed was comfortable. Heater worked fast. The staff were so kind to these Floridians during Winter Storm Fern! We would absolutely stay again. You cannot beat this location!!!
