She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area, and her friendly and patient attitude made me feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to meet someone who not only loves what they do but makes every guest feel valued—Kathy is definitely one of those people. Thank you, Kathy, for your outstanding service. You turned a simple hotel stay into a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning because of you! "

"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse paying guests. "
