First they gave a room which had a AC not working but when I informed the staff at front desk they changed the room and response was very quick. This property had very good breakfast area and as every one said crowded but space is available for every one. We did enjoy our trip also many deli shops around.

Check in went seamless as the staff was super friendly. The location is great for walking around and shopping, with easy access to multiple metro and bus stations, with two train stations within walking distance. The breakfast is okay, a few options that are refilled quite fast, not great not terrible, the paper and plastic cutlery take away the joy of the food though, the last hour the breakfast place is super busy but there's a lot of space to accommodate the guests as well. Rooms are okay, not that small, not that big , but clean and has good amenities.

The hotel was good. The staff was friendly. The only thing was the parking. The parking garage they use was full. So, I had to drive around to find another one. Driving around nyc isn't easy and the parking garage I found was more expensive.

Definitely stay here if you need a clean safe place to stay while in New York . Pay attention to room size I couldn't imagine staying in a 219sq ft room with another person

The hotel is very well located at walking distance from various restaurants, stores and close to the 34th and 42nd st. The staff is very nice and the room is comfy. It has a sofa with a table where you can work or eat. Even though the room is not very big it’s comfortable and bed is premium

The rooms and bathroom are realllllyyyy small lol. When I checked in I got the wrong room at first had to go back and get it changed, realized that I paid for city view for noooo reason- there is no city view at all don’t waste your money to get that. You’re gonna see an apartment complex next door and nothing else lmao. But it was clean, there was no soap tho, good thing I brought my own. The staff was really nice, they didn’t hesitate, when I told them I got the wrong room, to change it.

The room was clean, the staff was great and we enjoyed the fact that there is a gym. We didnt like: 1. the noise from the next door room and above room every time thhey had a shower or flash toilet it was noticable. 2. The bathroom is really small. i banged my head and body every time going in or out of the small shower. 3. Shame that there was no vegtables in breakfast

Lobby area was quite crowded during our stay, but staff were pleasant and professional, and both of our check-in and check-out process were quick. The room was clean and modern and had everything that we need. Would recommend.

This is a very good property for the value. The breakfast was good the rooms were spotless although very small, great location , the gym was very limited and because it was in the basement it had a could odor. Overall the hotel was well run and the staff were very friendly! I would return. The only issue is not so much the hotels fault however the garbage and filth on the streets is very noticeable. NYC needs to do something about this , home are the days when Rudy Giuliani kept NYC safe and beautiful. I truly understand why people would not want to live in was was once a beautiful city

This Hyatt was a wonderfully easy walking distance from Broadway for Hamilton and the rooms were clean, quiet and really perfect for being there for a few nights. We were able to watch our own Netflix which was great too.
