This hotel is new and needs some major work. The rooms are too hot the a/c only goes to 68 but the room never gets below 70. It will kick on and off constantly. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator one morning and ended up having take the stairs 24 floors down. During our crazy walk we ran into mulitiple people doing the same thing. Good luck trying to get a seat for breakfast its impossible. It appears as though they have too many guests and not the proper size facility. We went to the roof top bar twice and both times were told there was a waitlist so we waited a short time only to get up there and it was practically empty. Not sure if there short staffed but the whole hotel needs work.

Excellent location close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square but on a “quieter” street. Shared lobby with Home 2 Suites so check in and check out times and breakfast are busy but the staff are prepared for that and are incredibly helpful. Room was clean and comfortable; quite a bit smaller than other Hampton Inns I’ve experienced elsewhere but thoughtfully arranged. I’d choose this hotel again for a quick trip to NYC.

Location, location, location. We chose the hotel because of its location by Times Square. The property has recently been renovated. Though the rooms are small, they are well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The only minor complaint we had was the elevator situation. In the morning trying to come down stairs during peak breakfast times was pretty ridiculous.
